Chris Robson provides exceptional personal injury, wrongful death and all serious injury representation to clients in the Austin area and throughout Texas. Mr. Robson has over 19 years of legal experience, and has dedicated his career to representing those who have been injured and families who have lost loved ones. Mr. Robson has successfully obtained several seven-figure settlements on behalf of his clients, and has helped countless satisfied clients obtain justice and compensation for their injuries. He established the Robson Law Firm in 1999 to provide outstanding service and personalized representation to every client.
Mr. Robson received his Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University after earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University and his Masters in Business from Louisiana Tech University. He was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1994. Mr. Robson is a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

Eloise has been a member of the Robson Law Firm since 2008. She has been a legal assistant in the personal injury field for more than 13 years, assisting victims of personal injury accidents such as automobile accidents, 18-wheeler collisions, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability and other serious injury cases. She enjoys working with clients and providing them with unique personal care and compassion.

Bianca Trevino
Legal Assistant
Bianca Trevino has been a member of the Robson Law Firm since 2016. Prior to joining us, she was a legal assistant and Spanish translator for The Law Office of Priscilla Puente-Chacon. Her years as a legal assistant in the personal injury field have equipped her to assist with all aspects of personal injury claims from setting up personal injury claims with insurance carriers, assisting clients in resolving property damage claims, getting clients set up with medical care, ordering medical records, assisting with drafting demand letters, keeping tabs on the insurance adjusters, and negotiating clients medical bills down with their medical providers. Bianca is frequently our first point of contact for clients and will be able to assist you in any way possible while your case is in the claims process.
